"MY MISSION"
I'm a Life Coach & Strategic Interventionist trained by Tony Robbins - Cloe Madanes Institute of RMT. I help people BREAKTHROUGH their limitations, REIGNITE their passion and create TRANSFORMATION that empowers them to achieve their true POTENTIAL in life.
You might ask me: “what is it that you really do?” And i usually try to explain to people about athletes like Michael Jordan & Tiger Woods. One thing they all have in common is that - they are “high performers” & they won't "settle" in life. They all have their coach work very closely with them no matter how great they have been simply because they are hungry for MORE. And sometimes they have gone through setbacks & defeats just like you & i will have in our lives. And that’s my MISSION to lift others up no matter how LOW they are or how HIGH they have been - because there’s always a NEXT LEVEL.
What determines our RESULTS in life is certainly not our potential, we all know that there’s more within us. What matters more than our potential is our MINDSET, the belief systems, our values & our internal identity that impact our results even more. You see we all have this incredible super computer in our lives that’s called “our mind” but no one has given us the Owners Manual to run our life with peak performance, and THAT is my job to help you as your coach.
Coach is not someone that is better than you. There's no comparison. In fact, they might be similar to you. But Michael Jordan’s coach doesn’t need to play better basketball & be taller than him in order to improve his performance, his coach has the TOOLS & STRATEGIES that can immediately turn his game around & seeing the things that he can’t see - our BLIND SPOTS. That’s why he is Michael Jordan. But certainly his results are not entirely because of his coach right? If he doesn’t show up, train the hardest & apply everything that his coach have given to him, you wouldn’t have seen him in the Hall of Fame in the NBA history - It’s MUTUAL COMMITMENT.
So the question is: “Does everyone NEED coaching?” Certainly not everybody needs coaching, it’s only for high performers who WANT coaching that’s what makes the whole difference in their RESULTS for their lives. If you know you can do better & you are not satisfied in your current life situations and you are fully committed & ready for TRANSFORMATION, then coaching is the right thing for you.

The 1999 NBA season was the 53rd season of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Due to a lockout, the season did not start until February 5, 1999 after a new six-year Collective Bargaining Agreement was reached between the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association. All 29 teams played a shortened 50-game regular season schedule- 61% of the regular 82 games- and the 16 teams who qualified for the playoffs played a full post-season schedule. That season's All-Star Game was also canceled. The season ended with the San Antonio Spurs winning the franchise's first NBA championship, beating the New York Knicks 4 games to 1 in the 1999 NBA Finals.
The second lockout in the history of the NBA lasted from July 1, 1998 to January 20, 1999. NBA owners were seeking changes to the league's salary cap system and a ceiling on individual player salaries. The National Basketball Players Association opposed the owners' plans and wanted raises for players who earned the league's minimum salary.
As the labor dispute continued into September, the preseason was shortened to just two games instead of the normal eight, and training camps were postponed indefinitely.[1] By October, it became the first time in NBA history that games were canceled due to a labor dispute.[2] Further games were canceled by November and December, including the All-Star Game, which had been scheduled to be played on February 14, 1999. The preseason also got cancelled as well.
An agreement between the owners and players was eventually reached on January 18, 1999. When play resumed, the regular season was shortened to 50 games per team, as opposed to the normal 82. As a result, some teams did not meet each other at all during the course of the shortened season. In addition, to preserve games between teams in the same conference, much of the time missed was made up for by skipping well over half of the games played between teams in the opposite conference. 1998--99 was the first season following the departure of Michael Jordan before he returned to play for the Washington Wizards. The New York Knicks became only the second #8 seed to advance in the playoffs by defeating a #1 seed. As of 2013, they remain the only #8 seed to have advanced to the NBA Finals. The Los Angeles Lakers played their final season at the Great Western Forum. Due to the fact that the Great Western Bank ceased to exist two seasons prior, the arena name was replaced by the team name on center court, in anticipation of the move to the Staples Center. The Los Angeles Clippers played their final season at the Los Angeles Sports Arena. The Indiana Pacers played their final season at the Market Square Arena. The Denver Nuggets played their final season at the McNichols Sports Arena. The Miami Heat played their final season at the Miami Arena, although they still played the first two months of the following season at this arena before moving to the American Airlines Arena in January 2000. The Toronto Raptors played their first game in Air Canada Centre on February 21. The San Antonio Spurs became the first former ABA team to win a championship. (As of June 2012, they are still the only ABA franchise with a title; the Nets and Pacers have not won a title, and the Nuggets have never played an NBA Finals game.) The Atlanta Hawks played another season in the Georgia Dome while Philips Arena was constructed for the 1999--2000 season. This season would be the Hawks' last playoff appearance until the 2007--08 season. The Clippers tied the 1988-89 Miami Heat for the longest losing streak to start the season (17) from February 5 till March 11 when they defeated the Sacramento Kings. In December 2009, this record was broken by the New Jersey Nets who lost the first eighteen games of the season. Hall of Fame coach Red Holzman died on November 13, 1998 at age 78.

Because there rarely is anything simple about Allen Iverson, it took conversations -- maybe even debate -- then an important decision. Next, it will require two votes. Both should go his way. But, again, Allen Iverson? Anything but simple.
He is now eligible to be nominated for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. To say Iverson, should he be elected as expected, will be the headliner for the Class of 2016 is obvious. With his popularity among fans and the anticipation of an epic acceptance speech at the induction ceremony, AI would be the headliner most any year. (In his acceptance speech Friday night, 2015 inductee Dikembe Mutombo acknowledged Iverson's likely spot in the Hall, thanking former 76ers coach Larry Brown for "allowing me to play with Allen Iverson, who will stand here soon in Springfield.")
The calendar distinction is necessary, though, because the finish to his career was as unique as Iverson himself. Had 2009-10 with the 76ers been his final season, the path to enshrinement would have been straight and level. Wait the mandatory five seasons, be nominated in 2015 and be part of the voting cycle that culminates in ascending the steps of Symphony Hall in the summer of '16.
Iverson's decision to play in Turkey in 2010-11 was the complication. That could have pushed induction back until 2017 -- the same year that Shaquille O'Neal is eligible to enter the Hall -- or even longer if Iverson had fulfilled both seasons of the deal with Istanbul-based Besiktas. When Iverson's European career lasted all of 10 games, officials were handed a judgment call.
After years of no decision, it was finally decided that 10 games -- especially 10 games on a different continent -- were nothing more than a brief moonlighting opportunity for a candidate whose nomination would go through the North American committee. Iverson can be nominated in 2015, not 2016, and could be a first-ballot Hall of Famer in 2016, not 2017.
It worked out well for Iverson, by many accounts in need of good news in his life, and for the basketball museum in western Massachusetts. AI, assuming he is nominated, will be the only new big name with a strong NBA connection in the election cycle. He would be the star power to draw national attention and sell tickets next summer while Tim Hardaway, Kevin Johnson, Chris Webber and others hope the lack of obvious candidates from the North American committee creates a fresh opportunity for enshrinement. (It worked this year, with Mutombo the lone newcomer elected as Jo Jo White was inducted after retiring in 1981 and Spencer Haywood in 1983.)
"It's not a marketing decision," Hall president John Doleva said. "It is a playing decision. It's a decision by the voting committee. It definitely is not a marketing decision."
It's also not the only decision. The same panel must next decide on the timeline for Rasheed Wallace, whose situation is even more complicated that Iverson's. Wallace retired after 2009-10, which ordinarily would make him eligible for nomination in 2015 and induction in 2016, and stayed retired for two full seasons. Then he came back with the Knicks in 2012-13 -- for 21 games.
Iverson played 10 games, Wallace a quarter of a season. Iverson was in Europe, Wallace the NBA.
"That is a little grayer, for sure, because of the NBA aspect of it, frankly trying to make a comeback," Doleva said. "That is something the group will have to take a look at. ... There's a discretion about such things as just these issues. What's the impact of it? What kind of commitment should a person be held to if they've done something overseas for a short period of time and not made a season of it. Rasheed Wallace is an interesting question that we will be addressing."
